Our team is goal-oriented. We don’t work for work's sake: we do it with a specific outcome in mind and we don’t lose sight of it. Set a goal, hit a goal, identify the next goal, rinse and repeat. When it comes to problem-solving, we expect everyone to chip in. Questions are always welcome because without them we’d never find the answers. You don’t have to be the smartest person in the room. We’re here to solve problems that no one has solved before and that means no single person has the solution. But between us, we have enough experience, practical skills and creative thinking to find the answer. To achieve this, we aim to ensure that the right questions are heard no matter who they come from, and the right solutions are built no matter who builds them.

At Alterscope, we’re less interested in our staff putting in a fixed number of hours per day and more interested in what gets done. For that reason, we work flexibly with a focus on weekly goals. We keep those distracting meetings to a minimum during the week so you can focus on the tasks that matter. This allows you to plan a schedule around your ideal work rhythm. Need a mid-morning yoga session? Impromptu walk to get the creative juices flowing? No problem. Whatever it takes to have you operating at your very best.
